How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $7.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email us at returns@islae.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

Are returns free?

Yes. We offer free returns on all US orders. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
